Another great program is coming from Beachbody. I’ve told you about 80 Day Obsession  and now it’s time for LIIFT4.

What is LIFFT4?

This is a brand new program from Beachbody Super Trainer Joel Freeman and is sure to become your new favorite.LIIFT4 is a no-nonsense combination of weightlifting and high intensity (HIIT) cardio to build muscle and scorch fat. The moves are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize and focus each rep on the muscle group you’re working. Every workout ends with a core routine for a full body build and burn that leaves you shredded. There are no gimmicky moves, no overly complicated routines and no opportunity for boredom because you’ll never do the same workout twice. Get it DONE in just 4 days a week, 30-40 minutes a day, 8 weeks total.And best of all, you don’t even have to go to the gym to do it! You can stream it right from home.

Like I said, there are only four workouts a week, and rest/recovery is 100% part of the plan. Just like with 80 Day Obsession, these workouts were filmed live with the cast and no two workouts are the same. You’ll be on the same path the cast is on and I know the results will be incredible.

Who should do the LIIFT4 program?

Women looking to sculpt and get lean, Men looking to build and shred, and anyone with a baseline of fitness. Anyone looking to pack in what could normally take you an hour and a half in the gym in 30-40 minutes. It’s going to be great for anyone who is looking for a program that gives great results without having to commit hours upon hours to working out.  These 30 minute workouts are high level, not a second is wasted. Joel packs in to 30 minutes what some people take an hour and a half to get through at the gym. 

The program comes with a workout calendar and weight progression tracker. The workouts follow an 8 week schedule, 6 weeks are designed to help you tone your body and the last two weeks are designed to help you burn through fat.

What is LIIFT4’s nutrition program like?

LIFFT4 has a nutrition plan that is on point. You’ll eat a variety of foods and superfoods like Shakeology. The program comes with a guide that will help you discover the right amount of healthy proteins, vegetables, carbs, fats and fruit to eat to support your goals.

LIIF4 will release to Beachbody on Demand on October 1, 2018. However, VIP Early Access is available starting June 11, 2018.  Those who purchase via VIP early access can start the program when it releases on July 16. They’ll unlock for you via the LIIFT4 second of B.O.D.
