This will be the first time I’ve offered a group of this kind before!! You may be familiar with my fitness challenges, but this is a BRAND NEW format & I’m excited to shake it up the last 2 weeks of October!! The best part–NO PURCHASE NECESSARY!!

For 14 days you’ll have clean eating shopping lists and meal plans to SERIOUSLY torch fat, coupled with a fitness plan of 30 minute online, martial arts/kickboxing-inspired & HIIT workouts!!

Basically, I’m sharing with you EXACTLY what to eat and EXACTLY the type of workouts to see REAL results in a 2 week period. And the workouts are easily modified so this is for ALL fitness levels!
